Common questions
What EV problems do you handle on the roadside?
Most calls fall into two buckets. Either the high-voltage pack ran empty, or the small 12V battery died. A dead 12V is what causes a dark screen, a frunk that won't open, a car that won't wake, and a charge port that won't release. We diagnose which one you have on-site and fix it there.
Do I need a tow for these problems?
Usually not. We deliver a Level 2 charge or jump the 12V right where the car sits, so you drive off instead of riding on a flatbed. A tow only makes sense when the car has a fault that charging cannot solve.
How fast can you get to me?
Dispatch runs 25 to 45 minutes across the coast and central county, and 75 to 90 minutes out in East County and the backcountry. We quote the price on the phone before the truck rolls. Call (858) 400-4465 any hour.
