Stranded right now? Call dispatch — don't wait.

Call (858) 808-6055

How this works. Dispatch rate = Cybertruck bed outlet at 9.6 kW (240V / 40A continuous). Rescue charge sized to reach target destination + 15% reserve. Response time is typical average by region — traffic and CHP freeway closures can extend it. Not a substitute for calling dispatch — the actual response time depends on our current call queue.

FAQ

What's a rescue charge?

Just enough kWh to reach the nearest DC fast charger or your home. Typically 2-5 kWh (8-20 miles of range) delivered from our Cybertruck bed outlet at 9.6 kW. That's usually 15-30 minutes of dispatch on-scene. Faster than flatbed tow to a charger, and cheaper.

How does the Cybertruck dispatch charge?

The Cybertruck has a 240V / 40A bed outlet that can output up to 9.6 kW continuously from its own 123 kWh battery pack. We connect via NACS native (Tesla) or with J1772 / CCS adapter (non-Tesla). Think of it as a very expensive, very precise mobile Level 2 charger that also happens to drive itself to you.

Why not just charge the full battery?

Because we're bottlenecked at 9.6 kW — filling a stranded EV from 0% to 80% at that rate would take 5-8 hours and put our own Cybertruck at low state-of-charge for the next call. A rescue charge gets you to a DC fast charger (150+ kW) where full refill is 20-30 minutes. Much faster overall.

What if I'm at 0% and my car won't wake up?

Different problem. The 12V auxiliary battery powers door unlock + display. When it dies, the car won't respond even if the main battery has charge. We carry 12V jump packs — separate dispatch for that.

Do you do home charger install too?

No. We're mobile roadside rescue only. For home Level 2 install, panel upgrades, or EV-ready circuits, we refer to Bright Pro Electric (C-10 licensed electrician) or another trusted installer in our network.
