About

The only EV roadside service that actually charges your car.

Charge Pro SD was built around a simple idea: when an EV runs out of charge, the last thing it needs is a flatbed ride to a crowded Supercharger. We come to the driver with Level 2 power and a NACS cable, and put them back on the road in under an hour.

Who we are

Built for a county that drives on electricity.

San Diego County has more EVs per capita than almost anywhere in the country. Tesla dominates. Rivian, Ford Lightning, Hyundai Ioniq, Kia EV6, Polestar, and Bolt all drive these freeways every day. When something goes wrong — range miscalculation, dead 12V, broken destination charger, out of juice past Ramona — the existing roadside network wasn't built for it. Tow to a Supercharger. Wait in line. Eat the hour.

We built the opposite. When you call, a rescue truck rolls to your location with a 240V, 9.6 kW Level 2 outlet and a native NACS cable that drops straight into any Tesla charge port. CCS adapter for everything else. We charge your car where it sits and leave you with enough range to get to the next real charger.

Every dispatcher, every technician is trained on the San Diego freeway network, the county's Supercharger density, the east-county range-drain patterns, and the 12V failure modes that strand Teslas in hotel garages. We're specialists, not generalists.
