Tesla stuck? We come to you and get you moving.
If your Tesla is dead on the shoulder, in a parking garage, or at a friend's house with no outlet, we come to you. A rescue truck rolls with a 240V, 9.6 kW Level 2 outlet and the same NACS plug your Tesla uses every day. We connect direct, add 10 to 20 miles of range, and you're back on the road to the nearest Supercharger or home. No tow truck. No flatbed. No adapters.
What's included
- Dispatch a rescue truck with 240V / 9.6 kW Level 2 outlet to your location
- Connect direct via NACS — the same plug your Tesla charges with daily
- Deliver 10–20 miles of range in 15–30 minutes (enough to reach a Supercharger)
- Support Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck
- Troubleshoot charge port faults and PIN-to-drive lockouts on-site
- Coordinate tow dispatch if the vehicle has a mechanical failure we can’t resolve with charge

When you need this service
- Tesla shows 0% and won’t drive further

- Your Tesla is stuck in Valet mode or locked out with a dead 12V
- AAA told you they can’t send a mobile charger
- You got a “limited power” warning and pulled over
Common questions
How much charge do you actually give me?
Enough to get you to safety. We deliver 240V at 9.6 kW — roughly 30 miles of range per hour of connection. A standard rescue is 15 to 30 minutes, which adds 10 to 20 miles. That's enough to reach the nearest Supercharger or get you home. We don't fully recharge the car in the field — that would take hours and pin a rescue truck out of rotation.
What’s the difference between you and Tesla Roadside Assistance?
Tesla’s program will tow you (sometimes with a delay of several hours) to the nearest Supercharger. We charge you on-site in 15 to 30 minutes. Nobody lifts your car onto a flatbed. Nothing gets scraped on a loader. You stay with your vehicle the entire time.
Do you come to the freeway shoulder?
Yes. San Diego freeways — I-5, I-15, I-805, the 52, the 78, the 8, the 163 — we reach all of them. Call dispatch and give us the freeway, direction, and nearest exit or mile marker. We show up with reflective cones and a safety vest.
What if my charge port won’t open?
Common on cold nights or after a 12V drain. We carry a manual release cable and can open the charge port mechanically on most Tesla models. If the 12V is the root issue, we jump the 12V first, then charge the traction battery.
Can you charge in a parking garage?
Yes, as long as our rescue truck fits under the clearance (typical garage clearance is 7 feet). We check garage clearance before dispatch. If it's too low, we reroute to the nearest accessible spot and help you move the car.
