A no-start Chevy Blazer EV can still have energy in the traction pack. It can also be empty. Charge Pro does not diagnose 12V versus BMS versus charge-port latch as the three usual causes, and does not publish a Blazer EV jump sequence. Use that year’s owner’s manual.
